What is the Sliding Fee Scale?
This program adjusts the cost of WHC services only based on your household size and income, ensuring that care is accessible and equitable. Discounts are available for those who qualify, and eligibility is determined using federal poverty guidelines.

Who Can Apply?
Anyone who receives services from us and meets the income criteria is encouraged to apply. Whether you're uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship, we’re here to help.

How to Apply:

• Complete a short application form
• Provide proof of ID,  income, and address verification
• Submit your application online or to our Māmaki team (Outreach)
