Laura Arcibal, MPA

Chief Operations Officer

Laura is passionate about serving the people of Hawai‘i.  She has over a decade of experience in public administration and program development. Prior to joining Waimānalo Health Center, she served as a Federal Program Officer with the US Department of Commerce. She also led telehealth initiatives as Hawaii’s State Telehealth and Healthcare Access Coordinator, and also had the honor of serving as a Cultural Advisor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in 2024.
Laura has a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She is from Waimānalo and thankful to be serving the community.
