Ola Hou I Ka Hula starting January 3

Experts of the cultural traditions and practices of hula emphasized the strong, significant, and enduring connections between hula and health. Waimānalo Health Center will host a 15-week hula class that offers heart health education along with hula instruction with Kumu Hula Ka‘olu Luning!
